Data Collection and Usage
BroadBloom may request personally identifiable information from you, including but not limited to email addresses, first and last names, phone numbers, and address details. We may also collect usage data automatically, such as your device’s IP address, browser type, pages visited on our website, and other diagnostic data. When accessing our service via a mobile device, we may collect information related to the type of mobile device, its unique ID, and other diagnostic data.
While BroadBloom makes efforts to ensure the security of your personal data, it is important to note that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
BroadBloom does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware of such information provided by minors, we will take steps to remove it from our servers.
BroadBloom’s service may contain links to other websites not operated by us. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those websites, as we have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Our refund policy covers a 7-day window from the date of purchase. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original unopened packaging.
Vape cartridges and disposables may occasionally be faulty. In such cases, we offer equal exchanges for vapes that are less than 50% used.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specific number of days.
Refunds will not be issued to individuals under 21 years of age who attempt to make a purchase. Such funds will be used to cover restocking, gas, and to offset delays for our honest bloomers.
Late or missing refunds should first be checked with your bank account and credit card company. If you’ve done so and haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Shipping Notice: We are dedicated to complying with regional laws and regulations. As a result, we are unable to ship vape products. However, we do offer local delivery for these items.
